Child/ Youth Registration & Compliance with the Personal Information Protection Electronic Data Act (PIPEDA)
1. The names and addresses of children and their parents or guardians will be carefully maintained, updated annually and kept permanently in a central file.
2. A release and permission statement will be included on all registration forms releasing the church from unforeseen and accidental damages along with contact information in case of an accident.
Purposes and Extent:
The Well Community Church is collecting and retaining this personal information for the purpose of enrolling your child in our programs, to assign the student to the appropriate classes, to develop and nurture ongoing relationships with you and your child, and to inform you of program updates and upcoming opportunities at our church. This information will be maintained permanently as it is a requirement of our insurance company and legal counsel. If you wish The Well Community Church to limit the information collected, or to view your child’s information, please contact us in person, or by email kids@thewellbinbrook.com.
